What do I need to install a fuel pressure gauge on my truck. It is acting like it is not getting enough fuel, I replaced the filter - didn't help. I want to check the pressure before I drop the tank to change the pump.

I assume it is TBI still. The attachment I use on those actually replaces the filter and has a schrader valve like a port injected engine would have. Connect the fuel pressure gauge and test drive. Should have around 11 pounds of fuel pressure all of the time.

cfm tech sells a small adapter that fits in the back of the tbi pretty cheap... you can mount a small gauge in it...

i ran that, then a gauge out on the hood... You can see it in this older pic...
