That hose in the tank is a common failure point. If you bought a new sending unit, it should have come with one. I'm actually surprised nobody asked you about that, but looking back, your description of symptoms was pretty vague.

On the bright side, way easier with a tank access panel.

Well first pump quit second that submersible line split and came off
Got it at Napa cause the crap it comes with was too short

I have a fuel pump problem in one of my square body trucks saddle tanks that could have the same problem. I can hear the pump making a weak attempt at running, but nothing is coming out of it. The pump only has about 6,000 to 7,000 miles on it. I have not had the time to properly diagnose the problem, but the first thing I thought of was a problem with the short piece of fuel line between pump and sender.

i am going to get better clamps just wanted to get it running and now i have a spare pump and sending unit

The LMC headlight harness should be hooked up to the battery with its own relay. You should also have your fuel pump hooked up with its own relay. How do you have it wired up?

They where on own relay
I have a power distribution block that both where on and now the fuel pump is on battery direct and headlight harness is on power block
