Fuel pump for fuel cell

I need some ideas as well. Just finished building up with a zz454 crate and debating fuel system options..
Any pictures and ideas would be great.
Thanks

I have a Walbro GSL392 255lph being fed from 4 walbro pickups in a jazz fuel cell feeding a LQ4

There are a few in-tank setups I would checkout. Drew at goatbuilt came up with a setup that uses a stock gm fuel pump module. Works with his tank but I think can be adapted into others too. There are other aftermarket units like that too.

Same setup here as what Mnorby is running. I keep an extra walbro in the truck just in case.

I'm regulating with a Aeromotive bypass regulator. 13301, IIRC

Would you be able to show me a couple if pictures of your actual tank, pickup tubes, lines, etc...
I would certainly appreciate it.
What type of Jazz tank, with or without baffles, etc.

Thanks again.

here is mine. no baffles yet but I plan on getting some from alltech this winter.

^Thats how my pickups are as well. No baffles due to having 4 walbro pickups.

My cell is Jaz 270-222-NF. I deleted the D-ring and added the flapper fill. Also added Isspro fuel level sending unit.

This picture most likely doesn't help, its really tight inside. My lines exit the tub towards the back of the cell. MY vent goes around my C hoop and down through the tub. Fuel pump is located on pass side frame rail.

Can you list what kind of fitting and hose that you are using?

All I can seem to find is braided steel AN hose.

What happens when one of the pickups sucks some air? Are there check valves? Do you loose fuel pressure?

On the
When one of the walboro pickups goes dry it blocks itself off/ stops sucking.
walbros they have a fine mesh screen that controls a valve per say. If one pickup comes out of fuel the surface tension on the screen will suck it up and close itself off.
I used Aeroquip AQP pushlock hose.
