I was wondering can I jump the G and the A terminal with a paper clip to get my fuel pump to turn so I can drain my tank ?
is it safe to do this I dont want to fry anything.

If you are worried about it, put a 5 or 10 amp fuse between two pieces of wire, and jump the terminals with that.
The fuel pump wire will go to the fuel pump relay, and the ground, well, you won't hurt that, so I wouldn't be too concerned trying it.
I may at home tonight, since I haven't.
Did the requisite search on thirdgen, yep, that will run the pump.
