Fuel pump wiring issue 5.3 LS Swap

Chalked the second pump circuit up to a second tank. I was hoping the wiring colors might match and give some clues. I have no idea what that diagram represents, except GM.
Could Camaro firebird, those guys have a lot post covering fuel pump circuit.

Guys on these two pics attached where it states #86 on the relay Red Fuel pump power wire can someone tell or show me where this wire goes to @ the fuse box ?

You could hook the red wire to any key on source, keep in mind if you do this and the truck shuts off (like in a crash) the fuel pump will remain running as long as the key is on (fire hazard)

Chick how would you recommend me wiring it ? I’m a newbie, so I’m open to all suggestions.

There will be unsed cavities in the fuse box. Some will only have power when the key is in the run poison. Others will be hot all the time. Use one of those key on cavities.
I put a manual switch on my fuel pump. I could shut it off for any reason. You could get fancy and use a normally open pressure switch to ground, in oil circuit, but that would leed to long cranking at start up. Or require a priming circuit.

Newer vehicles do it with an ASD relay, older ones used an oil pressure switch

I turned key to on position looked in fuse box found cavity labeled AC on it and put probe to it said 12.0 volts plugged it in there ..Should I have used an ASD relay instead the one I posted ?

If you don't want to have a fire hazard, the way to do it is figure out how to make the relay work like it's supposed to...only when the PCM knows the engine is cranking/running. When the engine stops, so does the fuel pump.

The functionality is there, I don't see a reason to overly complicate an already fairly complex install, by working around the simple way GM designed it. Not saying it is your fault, its tough having a harness with no wiring diagram, so you have no idea how it's SUPPOSED to work.

This ^…..an ASD relay is essentially this, no signal from the PCM to supply the 12v after a second or so shuts off the fuel….
