Ok... I want to run a 750CFM Q-jet through my 350HO (vortec heads, performance intake, bigger than stock cam)... what the heck do I need to run for a mechanical fuel pump?

6psi? 8psi? 13psi?
80gph? 110gph? 130gph? 170gph?

It seems like I should be able to run a 6psi 80gph fuel pump... but like everything else, there are so many choices and whatnot that its impossible to simply "go pick one up" and I definitely dont trust the teenager behind the counter at my local Schucks/Autozone/etc...

I would like a rebuildable one if that helps.

Believe it or not unless you plan on running high RPM (5000+) a stock fuel pump would do fine. Carbs use between 6 and 8 psi and you'll never need more than 100GPH. Hope that helps.
