I have a 90 blazer that has tbi in it, The motor is knocking and i have a good running carburated 350 to swap in, Will the motor mounted fuel pump pull past the stock one in the tank?

No, best thing to do is put the fuel pump on a switch, then mount and inline regulator to take the pressure down to the carb pressure.
Just swap the sending units. Likely to be a lot cheaper, (and simpler) especially since you can probably sell the sender/pump on here.
I suppose you'd want to remove the frame mounted fuel filter as well.
