fuel sender - replace / rebuild??

Here are some pics of the 78 31 gal. 4 outlet sender for a K5. This is the original. The lines are rusty on the inside as you can see.

Should I rebuild this or replace it? BTW - I'm installing new fuel lines in the frames along with a new carb.

If I rebuild it anyone in the Seattle area have a sand blaster I could use? I think the part would need to be dipped. How could I paint the inside of the tubes or is that not needed? I think the original is zinc coded.
 
If I'm not mistaken, that's missing the "fitting" that the fuel tank sock slips onto. Haven't seen a GM sender that doesn't have the sock.

I'd replace it. Those senders should be pretty common (burb tank should work as donor as well as long as depth is the same) used, or not REAL expensive new. Rust probably wouldn't hurt anything for a LONG time with two filters in the way, but up to you.
