does anyone have the pics and messurements of the placement of putting in a sending unit access panel in a K5 blazer? thanks
 
Think this is it, but you'll have the same problem as me and can't view it without paying for a membership.

Mark the corners of the square you want you cut out and then drill a hole in each corner.

I would use a die grinder if you have one, I bought a harbor freight one that does well (I'm on my 5th or 6th one since 2015 cause the motors burn up but they are still within warranty).

An angle grinder will work but take it slow for nice clean cuts and just work from hole to hole.

Sawzall would work if you get a blade with a pointed tip on it, slide the tip in the hole and get after it.

Just take you time with the cuts so you don't end up hacking it all to shit.
 
So convenient. I have no carpet and it's all Rhino-lined, so doing this would be kind of a big thing...
 
well i already have access and i cut up a tailgate cover to make a patch but want door
