fuel tank selector valve routing

So I bought a fuel tank slector valve to put dual tanks on my 1978 k1500 truck. not sure what year the selector valve came from but its 6 wire 6 hose.
all I need is for someone to look at theirs if they have this kind and tell me which hoses go where on the valve. like as far as which line goes to the pump on the side of the block, the line to the carb, the lines to the tanks .

The two that poke out by themselves go to the motor, 3/8 is supply and 5/16 is return. The opposite pairs come from the tank.

The 2 on the front go to the engine (top feed, bottom return) the 4 on the back are for the tanks (top ones feed from tanks and the bottoms are returns to tanks, mine doenst have return lines so i just plugged them)

Have you wired the plug? if not this might help

Cool !! thank you both very much.
That makes it alot easier.
I do not have the valve yet, its on the way.
I probably wont even start on this for atleast another month, but gathering information now.
Kudo's on the wiring info too.
