full hydro HELP

i got my steering all hooked up today and when i started it up to finish bleeding it the steering wheel started spinning violently on its own and i didnt dare to grab it. i shut the truck off and held the wheel while just turning the motor over and i couldnt hold it. i am using a tractor orbital valve and a TSC 2x8 single ended ram. i have the presure hose from my pump going to the IN port and the OUT port goes to the return. the L port goes to the side of the ram that pushes left and R to the right. WTF

Double check all of your connections. Also, do you know for sure that your orbital was good beforehand?

guy i got it from got it from his friend at the MF dealer and said it was good.

Fixed the internals in the vale were out of time one spline

so the valve was bad??my buddy had one off a forklift and the first time he started his it spun all the way to the left and he couldnt turn it back he had to get a new valve

NO the valve is fine, i put it back when i took it apart one spline out a wack
