Kert, what kind of arms are you running that your tie rods have enough clearance??

I see you have a zero rate AND a overload in the pack.

I have just a zero rate with a 4 leaf pack and it is prolly still 1/2"-1" to high.

I was running a Sky mfg. arm which I thought was the tallest on the market.

I made my own arms. They are 2" tall all one piece. It was an experiment in aggravation!

There are some 1/4" thick gussets on the back side from the 3/8" thick legs down to the tubes and also another pair back up to the top plate from the legs.

I don't have any pictures currently but I've been meaning to take some for the photo album so I'll get one for ya.
