Full Time 4WD to Manual Hubs

What is the proper course of action here guys? Try to return them? Sand them? Exchange them and hope for better? Or try different bearings? I bought them back in the beginning of July. Not sure what the return window looks like. Would you say these are cheap Chineseium and i need more name brand?

I just noticed you're a neighbor in Sacramento.
Maybe we can meet and figure it out.
I might have a set of spindles on a shelf that we can use to confirm that the bearings are good

So I noticed that this application is calling for different bearings than what i have. The inner bearing i have is lm501310 which came out of a box labeled TK4894.

That sounds correct. I see it says Solid as the manufacturer. I have some dana 60 hubs from them and the seem to be good units.
If anything I would hone the i.d. of the bearing instead of the spindle. I wonder if the bearing would slip on if you warmed it up in the oven but I know that would melt all your grease out.

Yeah, that could definitely be the issue

When I search Tk4894, it shows a wheel bearing kit from torque king.
That LM501310 is a 1 5/8 inside diameter outer bearing cup.
