I need the 4 hole caps (at vent and at rear of door by the lock pull knob) and also the inner brackets that hold the window track (not sure if welded or bolted).

Let me know if you find an extra set. I am looking for the same thing.

Still looking for all of these, especially the inner rear brace plate with w/ window channel.

TTT

Somebody find these parts for ole John - he’s tired of gett’n wet when it rains and needs doors with windows that roll up !

I have the complete doors but you're too far.
I will have to take the doors apart.
What's it worth to you?
Is it worth my time?

Honestly, I’m not sure as I haven’t found any full top doors.

The main parts I want are these brackets with the rear window tracks, I think the brackets/plates are tack welded into the door shell.

Bump, still looking. :dunno:

Not a bad price for complete doors. The distance is tempting but I’m not sure wen I could go.

Edit: ouch I just reread and saw that’s $250 EACH. That’s kinda strong. Probably worth it for a nice resto project but maybe not for a trail only rig.

Being trail only is why I’d like to find just the internal parts, less money up front and I can put them in a set of cheap cut down doors.

Don't you have a kid that lives that way..... lol

I do but they’d never fit in her Accord :rotfl: plus the $500. If they were $250 for both I’d buy them and go get them Saturday but 5 bills gets into my shock budget and that’s something I really need to do.

If I were selling them, it would be more expensive for just the internals than a set of complete but rusty doors. It is more time and effort to dismantle a set of doors.

I snagged a set of the 73-75 K5 door tracks at the local pull a part not that long ago for a friend I can get pics and measurements side by side with a standard door track to see if you can simply make them from the common parts.

Man, that would be great! I really appreciate it!

@nvrenuf
you realize you started looking almost 10 years ago?
John’s pacing himself - it’s a highly developed skill set of the art of procrastination…and he is one of the best at it.
I myself would never ever think about becoming like that…
