What are your plans for the buggy? Trails, dunes?
What tires are you going to run?

Whew!... I think I fixed the link.

Thanks for the positive comments.... I can't wait to drive it!

Answers to ?'s
Frizz: I did all this with the "Harbor Freight" pipe bender... notice that there's only two 60 deg bends and all others are only 45 deg. That's about as tight as you can do with that thing.
FWP: No problem..... Let's make a plan to check out that trail!
Michael: YOU can't wait to see the "big meats"?!??!.... I'm chompin' at the bit, here...!! I want to go with 37 or 38" radials.
four_by_ken: The goals for the Buggy are to handle all my off road needs. I used to have a gutted/hot rodded/paddle tired Jeep that I would take to the dunes a couple of times a year, and then I used my Blazer for Rocks/daily driver/camper/ and puller. Keeping up with upgrades and repairs on one 4WD is enough, but you should try two!.... So I decided that I would try to roll all the capabilities I needed into one machine. That's why I'm installing the Doubler - so I can crawl with the best of them and still have a 2:1 low range, and why I want a big block - so I'll have enough power for the dunes, but still have a decent idle for the rocks...!

Anyway, I hope it works!

would that classify as "Mild Fender Trimming"?
BWHAHAHAHA!

It looks awsome. I like all-purpose rigs, really cover all the bases. Yours looks like the one that can really handle everything tho!
