My, turn signals are acting up. Need some help. When I turn them on(right or left) They do not blink at first. Then when they do...they blink spuraticly(sp). Dont know much about the electical system so any help would be appreciated. 87k5

Could be a bad ground wire or the flasher that plugs into your fuse pannel. first place to check anyway. For the grounds, locate them and if they are still hooked up remove and sand down to make a fresh contact. If not then replace the flasher!
Good luck

It really does sound like the actual flasher fuse is shot. A couple of years ago, my truck did the exact same thing, but if I fiddled with the turn signal handle enough I could get it to work. It also signalled really wonky at times. I finally replaced the flasher and voila- fixed. Sometimes the easy fix does work!

off hand i would say there's 2 flashers...
round things on the fuse pannell...
swap em' ....
i may be wrong....
flasher though is an easy fix about 4 bucks tops...

I agree with **b**, swap your hazard relay w/your blinker relay.....that should solve your problem....them go buy the relay you took out...$2-$4.
