I found a 90'furd f-150 nice truck not a lot of rust tires a like new and brakes were just done.it a reg cab long bed 302 5 speed 4X4.i had a 91' F-150 ext cab 2 years ago same drivetrain setup i got an average of 13 mpg after new spark plugs and plug wires with full-time hubs.i wanna know what i can expect on gas milage for the 90'. the 90' has part time hubs.and how can i improve gas milage if i get it.
I feel like an idiot asking this on a chevy forum:doah:

Thanks

Keep it well maintained , and drive it conservatively . Thats the quick and easy of it .

You could do a freer flowing exhaust and air filter setup too . An engine that can get more air to burn the fuel completely , will get better mileage .

will the part time hubs get better gas milage
and will the gas milage be better than my old one because its a reg cab
