Ok, I lost power on one of my plugs on my fuse block.

From the factory it had a little green plastic clip that went on the green circled pin. I had my tach power and a small switch that ran to an extra horn relay hook up to it.

If you look at the wiring diagram you can see where the connector is on inside of the cab fuse block and where it is on the back side of the fuse block.

My question is how could this lose power when there is no fuse in the circuit? I check the fuse blow it and it's good.

After pulling the fuse box out I better understand what's going on on this circuit.

The entire line of D plugs pulls power over from the instrument lamp fuse. That fuse is fed by the light rotary switch. So for sure this was the wrong power source for the Tach or anything other then lights that need the dimmer switch.

I pulled the fuse box out and did an ohms test across the wire with and with out the fuse in and it all checks out. I'm still not sure why the power doesn't reach the other D plugs when the fuse is good and the power is reaching the other side of the fuse.

Who knows, but at least I have the information to figure it out now.
