You're looking for the torque spec on a front upper shackle hanger?

Grade 8 7/16 bolts should be 70 ft-lb (14TPI). Or 80 if they are fine thread (20TPI). Unless ORD has some other instructions with them.
 
No instructions. Thanks for the quick reply. Mine are 7/16 grade 8 course thread so 70 ft pounds it is.
 
Something like this was installed with rivets so there isn't a torque spec. I always fall back to torque specs based on bolt size & thread pitch as mentioned. Chilton & Haynes usually have a chart for torque vs bolt size.
