You gotta love the new trend of 3 car garages, although mine lacks the depth i had in my previous house.Just got keys to my new house yesterday, so this is the garage thread. It’s a 3 car 610 square feet of room to build the 82.
First step before I move everything in is epoxying the floors tonight.

It’s just enough depth to fit a long bed in a bay.You gotta love the new trend of 3 car garages, although mine lacks the depth i had in my previous house.
Now I have a 20' deep which is barely enough for a car.

How's this stuff go down? Pretty easy?Well I got started, didn’t get to finish it. I got enough for a 4.5 garage and it didn’t even finish a 3. Not going to lie I didn’t care about the baseboard.

I am pretty sure the straps are higher. You don’t have earthquake straps on your water heater. I’m surprised they let you buy the house in that unsafe condition![]()
Degrease, wash it, etch and wash again until you get it off. Mix and roll then flake. How's this stuff go down? Pretty easy?
I’ll have to take a look honestly didn’t even see any.I am pretty sure the straps are higher.
They couldn't pass inspection without it
If you don't see anything holding the top to the wall I suggest you do it.I’ll have to take a look honestly didn’t even see any.
It has like a inch to spare, when I built the truck I figured out ride height by pulling the front of the frame with a cherry picker under the garage door and took measurements and put it back. How close is it to the overhead door?
