Gague Mounting

Lets see some pictures of your aftermarket Gague mounting.
Is there a A pillar gague pod for our style trucks?
I need to add a wideband o2, Boost Pressure, and a few other misc gagues

First off its GAUGE. LoL......

Im not sure if there is any A pillar mounts that will fit perfectly. You may find something close and use a heat gun to mold it. I went with a Mustang GT dash pod. I had to file the bottom to get it flush, but it looks good and easy to read and see. No drilling in the dash was required. I just used the existing center speaker holes for the mount and wiring.

I switched to black face gauges. this gives you an idea on how the diff. gauges look, etc

Did you still get enough air to keep you cool from the one driver vent? I would like to mount some gauges or switches there in my truck but didnt want to loose its cooling ability.
 
I am a newbie when it comes to these kinds of upgrades....did you make the dash panel from scratch? How hard is it to re-wire the new gauges? I haven't done much electrical work....but need to replace some gauges.

Are you looking to run secondary gauges and just leave your dead gauges in the instrument cluster? If you are running dual gauges than it becomes a lil trickier to wire up. If you are just replacing what you have, why not just put new ones in the old locations.

Wiring isnt that bad, just follow the directions. If you run mechanical gauges they can be easier to wire, but then youve got the tube that is running liquids into the cab of your truck, so if it leaks or breaks your screwed. that is why I prefer electrical gauges.

I am adding to what i already have becasue i am putting a blower on my motor.

I know about mechanical vs electric, i have had a oil pressure gague break a line and cover my floor in oil
