Gain, I'm an idiot I know...

What is gain? My Crossovers have a tweeter gain switch. Right now its at 0dB, the other option is -3dB. What is this? I don't really want to play with it without knowing what it does. By the way, the Audiobahn component set makes the stocks seem like radioshack headphones. I had to fade to the front a bit cause the setup was overpowering the front stockers.

Go ahead and play with it, that's why it's there.
-3db will be quieter than 0db, basically delivering half the amount of power to the tweeters as the 0db setting would, but that doesn't mean half the volume. It's there in case your tweeters are more efficient than the rest of your components. Just set it to whatever suits your ear best.

I'll have to play with it, cause my tweeters ARE more efficient than my stock Saturn speakers.
