Garage casters, what’s best

Anyone used these casters before? I’m looking for some I can quickly get the leveling foot up or down without having to find a wrench and doing it manually for a heavy steel workbench. These look like they have a ratchet mechanism to make it easier, but they are a little pricy. Wouldn’t mind something a little cheaper.
