One other note, I quote shipping based on the discounted rate I get thru PayPal. But when someone sends money as a personal transaction, I don't get to use that discount and shipping through the usps website is $2 more. The PayPal fee probably would have been the better way to go with small transactions below $30.

Strongly agree, I've dealt with this at least twice. Had to rebox item that was boxed to ship USPS flat rate with discount out of PP. Received gift money, so no discount or ship option out of PP. Ended up reboxing and shipping UPS.

They were pulled out of a truck in working condition when it was totaled in 2010. Been sitting on a shelf since then so I'd say 95% chance they are still good. Flat rate shipping is $11.95 for priority mail. I'd refund your money and shipping if it didn't work when first installed within 30 days after it arrives.
