the gas line that starts on the frame and goes up to the carb wore through. i just found out what the problem was but all the part stores are closed for today. my question is whats that line gonna run me, is a local parts store gonna have it in stock. the reason is i need to have it fixed by monday morn.

You are talkin about the pump to the carb right?? Is it a hard line or rubber hose??

I'd go to hard line if it's rubber hose now.

i forgot to add that it is the high pressure system. it starts from the frame as a rubber and the goes above the trans as steel and into the back of the carb. i looked in LMC but they don't show the high pressure system i believe. i need to get this fixed asap any help is welcomed.

So i'm guessing this is a 88 or newer with the fuel pump in the tank. For this i'm not sure if they'll keep it stock or have to order. Where would you get the part if they did stock it?? If they're closed today won't they be closed on Sunday also??

it's a 87 but it's got the high pressure system, but don't know if parts of america or autozone would have it stock. or if i'd have to special order it.

nobody in the area haves them or can order them so i guess i find the on the internet and not have a ride for a couple days.

Since it's TBI, are you talking about the braided stainless flexible lines?

Go to the wrecking yard, take yours with you, and find one off a FWD GM car from the late 80's/early 90's that's the same.
