Gas Tank Cleaning

My gas tank is pretty clean with very little light rust in it. Its only a few years old.
Any suggestions on cleaning it out, and what to use before I reinstall it?

You can use gravel. Find some marble size rocks and put 1/2 to 1 gallon worth in and then shake / roll the crap out of it, use a shop vac with an extension to pull them out. This worked great in my Blazer tank (I didn’t have leaks or damage, just surface rust to clean), I think I sloshed some mineral spirits around afterwards.
