Gas Tank Line Identification

Hey all,

I am starting to run fuel lines on my project and am stumped by 4 lines coming out of the gas tank.

Please help i.d. these:

From left to right, I think I know:

Fuelling vent, ????, main line, return line.

It's the seocnd one I am unsure of unless I have them all wrong. Either way, help me out please.

Yeah that must be it! The old elusive charcoal cansiter. Thanks a lot. I don't think I will need that with my '99 454 though. Looks like plug time.

Ok kind of a hijack here, but

My fuel sending unit has 3 lines coming out of it, Each one smaller than the other line. 3/8, 5/16, 1/4. All 3 lines run to the fuel pump. I can see the biggest as a the main feed and then one of the smaller ones being a return but what is the last line for? I have no charcoal canister and my engine is carbed.
