gas tank removal

hello to all and merry christmas


i have a little problem , i am in the prosses or replacing my fule pump in my 91 blazer full size , i have the guard pan dropped and straps off but it will not come down , feels like something is still holding her up


am i missing something? or should this puppy just dropp down


please any help wpuld be much appreacheated

Did you disconnect the fill tube?

fill tube ... fuel lines when you can get to them... wires to fuel pump... dont tear them out
sometimes the tanks stick from being tightened into place... pull....

Don't sit under it when you pull though, suck to get a fuel tank in the chest, lol

all fule tubes disconnected


yeah been in there for a long time , i was hopeing daytona didnt do anything to it befor they sold it to me lol , but i have had a few friends say the same thing pull and it will come

yup that all she was stuck . got er down and new pump installed and running again
