when ever I fill my gas tank it takes about half a gallon or less and then trips the safety switch in the gas station nozzle and gas comes out of the filler on my truck. then the truck keeps taking gas. it is worse when my truck is very low on fuel. it doesn't matter what gas station i use. the newer style pumps seem to be worse. i haven't filled my 31 gallon tank in six months because it takes ten minutes plus to put in ten gallons. could i have a clogged breather tube? HELP

Check for crimped/smashed filler tube also. You can probably see both hoses all the way to the tank.

Mine always kicks off also unless you position the nozzle juuuuuuusssssttttt right.
