Gas vs Diesel 700r4

Hey guys!

Is there a major difference between a gas and diesel 700r4, or is it just a difference in the govenor and torque converter?

Possibly switching the diesel outta the K5, and dropping a 350 in instead... Hang onto the diesel incase gas gets crazy expensive, and I decide to go bio-fuel instead

I would say the torque convertor is the most significant difference.
