Its either 194's or 168's, I've done this upgrade and can't even remember

Does It Make Much Difference When The Upgrade Is Done?

When I did the upgrade, I also took all my gauges out and cleaned them really good. Also I took the reflective shield(the metal piece in front of the gauges that is painted light blue on the backside), I repainted the backside white, and wow it was way brighter than the stock setup.
On which bulbs to use, one of those numbers is actually the stock bulbs and the other is the upgrade(brighter bulb).

168s are brighter, get them
also you may want to consider painting all interior reflecting surfaces with chrome bumper paint, makes a REAL BIG difference in how much you see at night

I knew it was one of those numbers, just couldn't remember which. I also tried the chrome bumper paint, but found that the gloss white paint was actually brighter myself.mechted said:
