As most of you know, I have been fixing up this beast since I bought it back in march, so-far I have the faded paint under control, and a few other cosmetic things like Badges and the Roof console, today I decided to hit the rims, I must say I liked the look of these to begin with, but now...I FREAKING LOVE them! I was SHOCKED how much rust i was able to get off the center caps, to a mirror finish even! This is the best i could do not having the wheels off, Here are a few Before and after......

Looks awesome. Wish i could get my rims looking good again.

I'll NEVER run bare aluminum rims on a truck again.

why not? in all honesty, it was not too difficult to clean, they had been neglected for some time, and id say i spent about an hour on the front with some SOS pads and CLR, the rear was about 45 min due to the drum not scattering brake dust everywhere.
i figure if i keep up routine maintenance, should be a simple chore at car wash.
