I bought 37s and the 4.10 gears I have w/my 700r will just make me kick myself in the a$$:doah:. Im going 5.13's and am looking for the best deal I can to keep the parts coming for my buildup. Ive got the 14bff/d60 combo with the 4.10 down carriers (open). These are some links to ebay and I was wondering if anyone had experience/input on these or any suggestions you can offer me.
Also, ARB is going upfront and Im wondering about this thick thin gear thing. Does the thick gear set imply more strength than regular gear set and if so would you buy the 4.10 down ARB and thick gears or am I just a classic NOOB!
Thanks in advance & happy:xmas:holidays to all,
Dustin

Thick gears aren't stronger they just eliminate the need for a different carrier.

Call porc and they'll talk you through what you need.

Called and spoke to Justin (nice guy) and you were right, he talked me thru it all. Front and rear gears w/install kits $650.00 +shipping. ARB $789.99 +s.
Any other comparisons would be great. Dont want to buy from the 1st place I talk to unless they end up being the best bang for my buck. Also, I live in WA state and shipping might be something to consider.
Thanks 38377k5 for the link.

It certainly doesn't hurt to call around (randy's ring and pinion and reider racing will both match prices I think) but porc has always been the cheapest IME and they have great customer service.

I forgot Randys is up the road about an hour and half, thanks again.
$ from Randys for USA standard gears w/master install kits $676.29 +tax. ARB $754.72+tax. Total w/free shipping $1554.17.
What have you guys gotten me into:doah:? Im gonna have to pimp myself to pay for the install:eek1: of this stuff. Seriously, I cant wait to get this thing back on all fours and thanks again.
