Gear Identification

Can anybody tell me who makes this gear?I have searched the # online but can't find anything.If not it's no big deal,I just got them replaced with Richmonds,I just want to know.I know they're 3.73's.
GI 3988518 11 41 5 88.Are they gm originals?

the 11 41 would indicate 4.10's I believe

My vote would be gm originals the 3988518 is the clue

That's what I thought.I wonderif it came from the factory with 3.73's or if somebody swapped in gm 3.73's.
