I have a 14ff with a gov lock. If I wanted to change the gear ratio what would be involved with this? Is it any different than normal?

Sweet thanks, The thing is that I have a D44 up front that needs to have an R&P change. It has an ARB and 3.73's. I wanted to regear according to my 35's. Is there anything stopping me with the D44? I was thinking 4.88 would be cool?

Ive got 4.10s in my 10b/14bff. Im going with 4.88s when i get some 38s.

So changing the gear ratio with an existing ARB setup with 3.73's would be no problem?

When changing from 3.73's to 4.88 will the original carrier still be able to be used?
