gear ratio of 76 Dana 44

Just installed Lock-Right locker in 1976 Dana 44. I was told the carrier pin would not interfere with ring gear unless you had 4 series gears or larger. Since new to the weekend mechanic thing I didn't think to count the teeth. Therefore, I wondering what gear ratio I have. The Blazer has been in the family since day one so I know the gears have never been changed. Can anyone tell me what their experience has been with interferance and cooresponding gear ratio. I had approx .25" interferance with the ring gear teeth.

Depends on what motor/tranny/xfer case combo it had. If it is a 350/350/203 more than likely its 3:07, if it is 400/400/205 then its 3:73.
