Just recently purchased my 91 Burb V1500 4x4. I will be swapping in my 1 tons this week hopefully along with 3" TC ez rides in the front and shackle flip for the rear. Haven't decided on zero rates or not, depending on tire size. The axles have 4.56's in them. Will 33's be too small for highway speeds with the 33's? I was really wanting to stay at that lift height, but if 35's would be better, then I could add zero rates and run the 35's. Any thoughts on this? The burb will mostly be street driven.

what trans? with the chart there is only less than 200 rpms with 33 to 35 with 4.56.. I ran 2050 with 4.56 and 35" at 65 with a 700r4.

You are perfect. 4.56's and 33's should be a good balance between power and mileage, and I'm assuming you still have a 700R4. You are not even close to being in the danger zone, I plan to regear to 5.13's, and I will be running a 33.

Yep, still have the 700. Thanks for the info. I want to stay as small as possible, so 33's it is.
