So I have a drw 14 bolt with 4.56, and an 1974 suburban 14 bolt, can I swap the whole carrier and the full Pinon setup?

The pinion bearings changed some time in the 80's. I think it was when they went to the ribbed housing. If they are from the same generation swapping should be fine.

Hang on, just saw suburban. Is it a full float like the drw axle?
