Curious if any body has any experience with gear vendors. Check there site www.gearvendor.com Just wondering what kind of power and or economy improvements you may have experienced. I would be looking to bolt it up to my 84 1 ton BB TH 400.

Any info is appreciated

No personal experience but I have a friend who used to have one until it shattered the input gear and gear vendors wouldn't do anything about it. Granted this was about 15 years ago and I have no idea if they have made any changes since then but my buddy's truck was a bone stock 454/th400 in a LWB truck 1983ish vintage.

Hey Trevor, I have a couple friends using them, they work very well.

I plan to use one behind my 465 in my crew cab I am building.

It gives you an over drive so I am not sure on mileage I don't know anyone with a big block using them one guy has a small block and the other has a cummins in his Chevy, they both love em.

Sweet...I think I'll buy it and giver a whirl. 700 bones for vendor, adapter plate and all the wiring ect. Even if i get a few more miles to the gallon it will pay for itself. Power increase would be a bonus

Thnks

I'm guessing you found a used one somewhere given that price?
