Gearing question

My K5 has 3.08's with 31's and a N/A 6.2/700R. This combo seems to work well on the street. It's new to me so I haven't had it above 60mph or done any serious 4wheeling. I plan on running 35's (no lift much trimming/hacking) what ratios are people having success with. Remember my tourque PEAK is at 2000 rpm. I'm thinking 3.42 or 3.73's. With 35's and the 700R trans you could easily use 4:56's
Look at this Gear Table and you'll see what I mean
