Looking around for some new tires. Already did the BFG A/Ts and M/T Baja Radial. Going more economic route for a non-DD but want good A/T capabilty, not really wheeling in mud, etc.

Pics always a plus. :waytogo:

I have the general at2. I really like the tires for highway, towing, snow, etc.

I started with them on my tire eating dmax, but switched them over to the wifes 79 burb to finish off. When i first put them on my dmax i thought there was something wrong with the truck, turns out they are way quieter than the cooper stt i took off, so had to readjust my ears.

Great wear on them good in snow and rain. I have run a lot of brands over the years and would definitely buy another set. Tread seems to be close to the bf ko's. Having had both i would say the generals last to within 5000 plus or minus of the bf. I had a pair of bf on my wifes avalanche go 65k and my generals on the dmax did 50k before switching to the burb and another 7-10 on hers.

All in all why pay more. Generals will always get my cash.

I've got a set of Grabber AT2's on my 95 Half ton Dodge, I've put about 6k on them with that truck, but I took them off of my 94 F250, and that truck put about 35-40k on them, and they still look almost brand new.

Thy have awesome traction an wear like iron. I like em.

I've also got a set of 35x12.50R15 red letter Grabbers, but they were free from a friend, I've not had a chance to drive on them yet.
I know he had them on what was basically a mud truck, and they didn't do too bad, but they are a softer compound, they wear a bit faster.

My dad has the at2 on his 07 cclb and loves em.

I know a few that love the red letters too.
