well today was my 1st day of spring break, and i was headed out to a junkyard to look for some misc part, and i was on a country road and i saw this blazer. 12inch lift and w/ 40's on it. and it looked JUST like general lee from dukes of hazard. it was orange and had 01 on it. so i stopped, went up to the door [little scared just b/c im 16] and talked to the guy. he was really cool. he took me for a ride and the doors didnt open!! just like general lee. he said he did somethin [i dont know what] that wouldnt let them open, but he could take them off. it was a really cool blazer, and i told him bout ck5, but he said he doesnt have the internet. i jsut thought i would share this because i thought it was really cool.

ill try to get some pics next time i go out there, it was a ways away from my house.
ok he is how ya got in it. he had nerf bars [custom made like rock sliders] and he had a handle thing next to the window [hard to explain] then u pulled yourself up there, then the climb in the windows. doesnt have windows. its not his daily driver, he had a 82 blazer w/ 2inch lift w/ 33's as his daily driver.
he was really nice.

Did you guys catch the General Lee painted Bronco in the Tough Truck series? I saw this Bronco in the April 2001 issue of Fourwheeler on page 116. I dig the paint! Orange is a way cool color anyway!

It took you 2 days to finish. I got you beat I did it in 7 hours. I just had too much time on my hands.

which one, there's two of them now. The race for home, and one that I can't remember the name of. I am still looking for a really good off road game for playstation, I have hard core 4x4-that stinks, I have thundertrucks, it's better than hardcore but still stinks, I have test drive off road 2 which is ok my dad has TD off road 3 which is the best of the bunch but there's gotta be better games than that out there.
OH I liked Daisy facing the camera with a tight tied up shirt.

I don't mean to tease you, but didn't your Mama ever tell you not to take a ride from stragers? Especially ones with big orange trucks. Hopefully he wasn't wearing Daisy Duke type shorts. Maybe that is why the doors didn't open.

I'm just kidding you. I loved the Dukes of Hazard. My dad had a 69 Charger just like the General Lee except it was green. He even got an offer from the TV show to buy it. I guess they were messing a whole bunch up jumping them. Funny how they always landed right when you could see the nose was going to smash.

I always dreamed of painting the car orange with an American flag and calling it Seargent Slaughter. It had a 396 or something like that in it. It hauled butt. He sold it just before I got my drivers license to some guy that turned it into a race car.

I still love those cars, but I don't miss the vynl seats.

yes there is,,,it is called "the race for home" i believe,,and it is for playstation,,don't know about the other one,,,i've not seen it round here yet,,course i haven't been looking in a while either..it's that whole money thing again...

The only good new game I know of is that Evo 4x4 for Dreamcast. But I dont have Dreamcast so I am out of luck.
The Dukes are awesome. I still have a complete set of Dukes of Hazzard playing cards and the Dukes lunchbox. You can bet I am holding on to those.

The first Dukes game is "Dukes of Hazzard, The Race For Home", the newer Dukes game is "Dukes of Hazzard 2, Daisey Dukes it Out".

4x4 Evoloution is also available for the Playstation 2.

I've got the 1st Dukes game for PS. I beat it in about 7 hours too. Just couldn't stop playing it!
