Gettin some fresh air

Does anyone know what size hose the front and rear differential and transmission breather hoses are supposed to be? If I want to hit up some creeks, are these the main things I need to worry about moving? I was thinking about routing them up into a fender well.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for preparations of doing some water stomping. I don't intend to get any deeper than the bottom of my fan blade. (4 inch lift)

I dont know what size it is, but I think i used 3/8 hose. Here is my vented tubes with filters. I have them mounted right beside the windshield washer pump and brake booster. Its as high as you can go and still be under the hood
