im running 4.25 wheels on a 60 and pretty much got one side done but ive been making contact on the brake slide for the pads and its getting pretty thin and still hitting.what should i do here?soulds really dumb and unsafe but what happens if i loose half of it?

Grind it so it fits. Im sure you will be fine. You could always get rims....

im thinking im gonna have to do something like this

I had to grind until I thought I was going to kill myself with brake failure, and then ground some more. 4.25" BS 15x8's. Its been fine for 1500 miles, I've checked them again and again, no issues at all.

I definitely ground off more than the above picture. No pictures of mine. I was a long time with a cheap 4.5" grinder. Went through 3 of them by the time both calipers were done. If I ever need to replace those calipers, I'm going to sell my wheel/tire combo and get 16's.

what kind of grinders does everyone use to do this, cause everyone says how long it takes to do it, i did all four wheels in like 1hour to 1hour and half, i was using a 7 in grinder though
