So I'm trading my h1's and 37s (with spacers) for some steeled on 38x15 tsl's. The damn nut holding the spacer on the stud is a 7/8"s but the hole in the spacer doesn't allow for a 7/8"s socket. I've tried grinding down a few sockets but by the time they're small enough they crack. I've got the back two done and only have 8 total nuts left that I can't get. But this is driving me bananas. Any one have a tool for this or know of something I can use?

Much appreciated for the help. Yesterday I was close to burning the truck down just to see a result.

curious, how did you get them on? Snap on has some thin wall sockets, but I don't own any so Im no help. I do have a 7/8 socket that is for a 3/8's drive, it might work.:dunno:

May have to get in there with a die grinder. Or maybe try and just catch the edge of the nut. Spray it good with some penetrating oil to get it loose and hope for the best.

Your poor 10b with those 38s lol... :P

Can't really get in there as the studs were recessed about 1" into the hole in the sPacers. Couldn't mess em up cuz they were part of the trade. I figured it out just grinding down sockets to fit. After they'd crack I'd do another. Thankfully harbor freight opened by my house like 2 weeks ago lol.

And the 10b is gonna cry but it's only gotta last one tripto pismo while I hunt for a 60.
