If it's easy to go reshoot, you could try a reshoot and do it in the hour that the sun is setting...that sunlight is harsh and the setting sun gives off great natural light.
Your photos so far seem to focus either on the truck or the girl, but not both at the same time...softer light would make some great pics...

Yea I was shooting with the aperture down around 2.8 most the time cause I was trying to keep the focus on Suzy and less on the truck.

lol, lots of good pics there. I would submit a lot of them. let can can decide what he likes. He may end up going with a theme, or have a pic that is too similar to someone elses, etc... with that many good shots, might as well give him some choices.
