I too like the flows but didnt have the money at the time the el cheapo's blew out and put glasses on till I have the headers and then the flows with aluminized exhust done (soon I hope) If it is a quick fix put the glass if long term go with the flows 40 they are load though just my two cents

Flowmasters are way better. Im running Glasspacks now and they were fine when I had the top off but now that its back on there is way to much noise from the exhaust reverb. Ive got some summit turbo mufflers that were $15 each that i need to put on. But one day when i have a spare $120 ill get the flowmasters

I just got rid of the glasspacks and put in some Flowmaster Delta Flows. Sounds much nicer now. Unfortunately the same week I put them in, my engine crapped out so I didn't get much time to enjoy them.

I have flowmaster 40's... They sound ok until you get headers and then they sound awsome! Glasspacks it really depends what you buy. I always ran Thrush back when I had them and no problems. Sounded great too! All is a personal preference

Does anybody have a soundfile of a Blazer with Flowmaster 40 series and headers? I would like to hear one.

I have both 2 and 3 chamber flowmasters on my two vehicles... some of my friends have had glasspacks...
I'd choose the flowmasters definatly!!!

I hate the way Flowmasters sound trough tailpipes, so I run glasspacks.

If you're going to dump them at the axle, Flows rule.

I got a series 40 delta flow.. not too loud, you can definately hear it with the back window down and it sounds nice with a kinda of deeper grumble. I got 2, 3" tips with 1 delta series.
