Any tips on how to get the glass out of the doors from my K5 (window and the triangle shaped vent glass).

The window glass looks like it should just pull out of the track but it doesn't want to come out (maybe because its the original glass :dunno:).

The window glass should have 2 little roller wheels that need to align with 2 notches in the track. Take the door panel off, roll the window down, line them up and lift toward you then up.

The vent window has 3 or 4 screws that go through the top of the door frame and one bolted brace down in the door body.

It's been awhile since I pulled one though.

Cut the weatherstripping at the top of the main window frame where it meets the top of the vent window. I cut it rather diagonally, upward, using a utility knife. When you cut it up in that corner, you can reinstall it and your window won't leak when it's rolled up. I've done this on both side (first time replaced the vent window on pass-side, 2nd time was the driver-side main window) and have had no problems with leaking.
