The glass for the rear hatch is a flat piece and a glass shop should be able to make one for fairly cheap. I would check the local shops for this and get a qoute on a new front windshield at the same time.
The places around here wont install glass unless you bought it from them. I finally just went with new. I just had a new windshield and gasket installed for $212. Just my .02 cents.

Have a local guy that will install cheap but he said he cant cut tempered glass.
and the last quote that I got was $375 for the front, a little pricey for me but I may have to. the closest place that i found a used one was 265mi away, not worth the drive considering fuel prices. d*mn diesel fuel.
