Well it finally fell off. I thought the hinge was a separate thing but I guess not. So in search of the plastic part of the glove box.

I have an extra on the shelf with a good hinge. It is just the plastic portion so you will need to move the metal door cover and lock over. $15 plus the ride.

Yah it's been unseasonably warm here so I think I will just stay here

although a future trip is gonna be in the cards
